Quick check-in, easy check-out. Exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk, decent size and well heated rooms. Hot and fine breakfast with the quality of the ingredients and mushrooms, as example and magnificent location.

Housekeeping could focus on dust removal!!! Signage to reception needs improvement!!! Thin walls lead to noise disturbances!!!

The expansive beer garden offers a decent spot to unwind outside, especially on sunny days. Dining options include a varied menu with some highlighted favorites like the Cheese and Bacon Burger, drawing praise from many patrons.
The overall upkeep seems lacking. Corners in the room showed cobwebs, and various fixtures like a hanging socket and limescale-stained taps leave much to be desired. The bathrooms, while functional, felt dated and were not particularly clean, leading to discomfort with basic hygiene routines. Plus, the TV didn't work properly, and service delays in getting things cleaned are concerning. For many, the feel of the hotel might come off as neglected, detracting from the overall experience.

- Very comfortable beds . - Very clean bed linen and new towels. - large parking lot in front of the house, free of charge for guests. - pleasant breakfast room (in the pub) . - quiet and central location for excursions in the surrounding area. - large supermarket within walking distance
- quite old bathroom / furniture . - no real "free WiFi", but complete registration with iCloud necessary. - Carpet should have been vacuumed better. - no air conditioning (however windows could be opened and fan was available in the room)

Friendly welcome, good breakfast with cereals, eggs, etc. Fast operation. The room and bathroom were clean. Spacious parking lot.
Access to the room through narrow corridors. But in England it's often so .. .

The hotel is very good value especially the breakfast. The rooms and general area of the interior need a bit of an update but overall met our needs as to why we stayed there. This was my 3rd visit there whilst visiting fam8ly.

It was close to the motorway.
1) Paper thin walls. 2) Socket not fixed onto wall. 3) Strange gas smells near the bar/kitchen.

Location, Price, Parking place
could be cleaner, there is no atmosphere in the pub, food is moderately good there, there are better places to spend the night, but for one night it is ok.
